Job summary

INTO University Partnerships seeks a Senior Manager to safeguard UKVI Sponsor Licence compliance across its UK operations. You will lead monitoring, audits and governance for Student and Child Student sponsorship, collaborating with academic, operational, student services and safeguarding teams to ensure duties are met and risks are managed.

You will oversee complex compliance issues, guide the organisation on UKVI requirements, and drive policy development, training and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Significant experience in UKVI Sponsor Licence management.
• Strong understanding of Student and Child Student sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and guidance.
• Proven track record in governance reporting and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance monitoring and assurance activities across UK operations.
• Analyse sponsor licence performance and key compliance metrics.
• Coordinate and oversee internal audits and investigations of complex issues.
