Job summary

Barclay Simpson is recruiting for a top-tier red team role with a leading global bank. The position focuses 80% on technical red teaming and 20% on physical red teaming, shifting away from conventional penetration testing.

You will design and execute realistic attack simulations, develop tools, payloads and custom apps while researching and bypassing controls to mimic advanced adversaries. The role is fully remote but applicants must be based in the UK, offering a base salary of £75,000–£110,000

• Experience conducting red team exercises and realistic attack simulations.
• Ability to design, customize and deploy security tools and payloads.
• Research and bypass controls to replicate sophisticated adversaries.
• Clear understanding that this is red team work, not penetration testing.
