We are looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Consultant.

Our Remote Travel Consultants play a key role in our travel team by building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and building relationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing emails to clients
• Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange curated travel experiences
• Create and maintain client travel documents and invoices
• Complete travel bookings for clients, including flights, hotels, cars, and ground transportation at the lowest fares
• Utilize preferred vendors to minimize costs
• Support team functions such as ticketing, itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and travel credits

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus
• Relevant travel industry experience and knowledge

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
