Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Understand clientsX mortgage and protection needs.
• Research suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process.
• Develop knowledge of lender criteria, products and regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance.
• Manage workload and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proactively develop relationships to grow the business.
