Job summary

How-2-Drive offers a trainee potential driving instructor (PDI) role in the UK. You will train and then work with a family-run driving school, serving Norfolk & Suffolk in East Anglia.

The job is 100% remote with no office commuting and flexible hours, part-time or full-time, and earnings up to £86,400 per year pro rata; part-time starts at £27,340 per year. Training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) is provided, with plans designed around your schedule.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
• Fewer than 6 points on your licence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Solid organisational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to run your own business franchise.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver client-centred driving lessons one-to-one.
• Provide a safe learning environment for pupils at all times.
• Deliver the National Standards for Drivers to pupils.
• Maintain professional DVSA instructor standards.
• Help pupils develop knowledge to pass theory and practical tests.
• Coach pupils to become confident, safe drivers for life.
