Job summary

How-2-Drive is recruiting approved driving instructors (ADI) to work remotely across the UK. You can join on a part-time or full-time basis and manage your own diary while earning up to £86,400 per year pro rata, with part-time earnings starting at £27,340 per year.

The role is self-employed within our franchise, with training provided and support to help you grow your diary in the Norfolk area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) badge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving and coaching abilities.
• Solid organisational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to run your own business franchise.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver client-centred driving lessons on a one-to-one basis.
• Provide a safe learning environment for pupils at all times.
• Deliver the National Standards for Drivers to all pupils.
• Maintain professional DVSA standards for driving instructors.
• Coach and support pupils to become confident, safe and responsible drivers for life.
• Help pupils gain knowledge to pass theory and practical driving tests.
