Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited in Lincoln is seeking a Tools & Instruments Asset Controller to manage tooling logistics for field service outages, ensuring tools are available on time and required for outages. You will oversee asset data and SAP transactions, calibrations, repairs, and replacements, and collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, Shipping and Warehouse teams to align tooling needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tooling flow to ensure on-time delivery for outages.
• Resolve tooling availability issues with timely actions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, Shipping and Warehouse on tooling needs.
• Record and maintain tooling asset data in SAP, including calibration and repairs.
• Manage SAP orders and produce weekly/monthly data accuracy and status reports.
• Demonstrate experience in fast-paced operations with tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively to balance competing demands and outages.
