Remote - Telesales Advisor
Remote
Full time - Monday-Friday
Permanent
£24.5k base salary and OTE of £29-31k

Role Summary:
You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make 150-200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
  2. Build rapport with the customer and create an offer that suits their needs.
  3. Achieve targets of 3-6 sales a day (90% of the existing team hit their targets).
  4. Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred.
  2. A quiet place to work at home.
  3. Comfortable with remote working.
  4. The desire to exceed targets while following process, compliance, and regulations.
