Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
- Follow up with users/learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Excellent proficiency in English across all spectrum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly and constructively
- Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
- Experience with CRM software and phone systems is a plus
