Job summary

Circuit Medical Limited is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own and coordinate a portfolio of customer, product, engineering, data and internal technology projects. This remote, part‑time role involves coordinating across teams, driving delivery, and ensuring ISO 27001 compliance activities stay on track.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and commercial teams, coordinating priorities, dependencies and risks to keep work moving from idea to delivery.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant project management experience with software, data, technology, AI or digital products.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to translate priorities into practical delivery plans and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of coordinating multiple technical projects from planning through to delivery on time.
• Work directly with customers to establish objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and responsibilities.
• Run customer and internal project meetings and ensure actions, decisions and commitments are clearly captured and followed through.
• Drive accountability with the relevant work owners, not just track it.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams to translate priorities into realistic delivery plans.
• Maintain visibility across the active project portfolio and identify competing priorities, resource constraints and dependencies.
• Surface risks and blockers early to prevent delivery problems.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates.
• Coordinate project scope, timelines, commitments and change requests with the wider commercial and leadership team.
• Help ensure customer expectations and internal delivery plans remain aligned.
• Improve workflows and processes to move faster.
