Job summary

Rain is seeking a Tech Lead to join our engineering team in a fully remote role. You will translate product requirements into robust technical solutions, lead a multidisciplinary team and design scalable microservices architectures to support our distributed platform.

You will build and maintain integrations with 3rd-party vendors, develop RESTful APIs for internal admin portals, and drive observability and documentation across systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong design skills for distributed systems and microservices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions and lead engineering efforts.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage tech refinements and productivity.
• Design and implement reliable systems in a distributed micro-services architecture.
