Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including time leading a team or owning a major surface while staying hands-on.
• Strong experience with Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Android components.
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work.
• Ability to reason about tests and build processes; contributes to test strategy and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design to release.
• Maintain reliability metrics for key features and drive improvements.
• Review PRs and provide constructive feedback to engineers.
• Unblock the team and drive decisions to consolidate solutions across teammates.
