Job summary

Thermatic Group is seeking a full-time Team Leader Lining / Patch Lining Drainage Engineer to join our growing drainage team. You will work on commercial client sites across the North West, North Wales and the Midlands, with remote work and a need for a full UK driving licence.

The role requires 5+ years in drainage rehabilitation, knowledge of patch lining and full-length lining, and experience with pushrod and crawler cameras.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ drainage experience in rehabilitation works.
• Working knowledge of drainage systems.
• Confident problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Working on commercial and industrial sites carrying out rehabilitation works on drainage systems.
• Providing accurate timesheet information to designated timeframes
• Supporting drainage and contract teams with meeting SLAs by attending client premises within the desired time frame
• Supporting Thermatic with maintaining positive client relationships through on-site interactions with representative and customers of our clients
• Escalating any major site issues or incidents via the appropriate channel and within acceptable timeframes
