You will collaborate with a collaborative TA team, advise stakeholders, and drive proactive sourcing while navigating a matrix organisation. Fluency in English and another language is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organisations and in-house/agency mix.
• Fluent English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across manufacturing and production sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
• Drive direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping in competitive markets.
• Share market intelligence on salary trends and candidate availability.
• Ensure positive candidate experience while complying with local labour laws.
