Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe for the Rigid Packaging division. You will partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies, manage high-volume and critical hires, and ensure a compliant, candidate-centric process.

This role is fully remote and can be based in France, Germany, UK, Spain, or Italy, offering a collaborative TA team and opportunities to evolve recruitment practices within a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and another language is a plus.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment, including partnering with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, set priorities, and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
• Advise and support stakeholders with long-term talent and workforce strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and ways of working.
