Job description

We’re hiring a Remote Support Engineer to join our Connected Services Hub, supporting critical infrastructure across energy, power and building systems. This role focuses on remote alarm monitoring, basic technical troubleshooting, and clear communication with field teams and customers. You won’t work night shifts, but you’ll be on a rotating shift pattern covering early (6:30–17:30) and late (11:00–22:00) shifts. You’ll help identify and escalate issues early to reduce downtime and keep critical systems running. You’ll be part of a global, 24/7 remote services team that uses Schneider Electric’s secure monitoring platforms and EcoStruxure technology to support systems worldwide. We’re looking for someone who: • Has basic experience in technical support, alarm handling, or troubleshooting • Can assess the impact of a technical alarm and guide the customer accordingly • Has an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail • Communicates clearly across chat, phone and email • Works well under pressure and can juggle multiple issues at once Experience in field services, call centres or infrastructure support is helpful, but not a must. A second language (Spanish, German, or Italian) is a bonus.
