Diploma/degree/master in social work.

Responsibilities

Support foster carers through regular home visits and contact, including at least one unannounced visit annually.
Monitor and review care provided by foster carers for safety and well‑being.
Ensure foster carers' annual household reviews are completed on time and follow processes.
Support carers through complaints procedures and child protection processes.
Participate in matching processes to ensure best fits for children and carers.
Ensure documentation and confidential records are kept securely and up to date.
Work with carers to support contact in line with care plans.
Assist carers in ensuring children are heard in reviews and planning.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
