Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Partnerships Advisor to join the Defra Group Fleet Services Partnerships Team. You will drive communications, stakeholder engagement and partnership management across the Environment Agency and wider Defra Group to support fleet transformation and sustainability initiatives.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing engagement plans, translating complex information into accessible messages and helping to embed best

Qualifications

Experience delivering planned communications and engagement activities.
Experience leading engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Experience supporting complex change programmes.
Ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan, organise and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of communications and engagement activity.
Build relationships across EA and Defra Group.
Develop stakeholder engagement plans including events and consultations.
Translate fleet and business needs into clear communications.
Advise project teams on communications and change management.
Identify risks and opportunities and escalate when needed.
Champion best practice in communications and engagement.
