What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead performance improvement projects within the Revenue Cycle and manage project deliverables
- Develop plans and strategies to resolve performance management team issues and achieve organizational goals
- Analyze operational and financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage vendor relations supporting revenue cycle functions across the region
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve mutually agreeable solutions and project goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue cycle, project management, or consulting in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle strategies and experience with Health Information Systems
- Proven ability to manage performance improvement activities and apply continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with revenue cycle analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing change management projects
- Supervisory or team leader experience with a focus on team-building and leadership
- Ability to train and mentor others in performance improvement methodologies
