Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a senior consultant to own end-to-end housing solution design and governance within NEC Housing Solution. You will align cross‑module decisions, translate policy into system behavior, and lead customer discussions to agree on the path to live deployment.

You will mentor teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure coherence across modules, with a strong focus on reducing rework and delivering value for housing authorities using NEC Housing Solution.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of NEC Housing Solution including configuration and module implementation.
• Experience in Housing environments (Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, Housing Associations) using NEC Housing Solution.
• Consultancy experience including customer interaction and project methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances and manage multiple projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the full solution specific to the customer.
• Make and own design decisions across modules and requirements.
• Ensure consistency across modules and prevent conflicting configurations.
• Translate business policy into system behaviour with customers.
• Provide leadership to customers and teams and support senior conversations and decisions.
