Job summary

Scott Logic in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced hands-on architect to lead technical delivery for client projects. You’ll provide leadership for multidisciplinary teams, shape architecture across solutions, and partner with Principal Architect on larger programs.

You’ll contribute to thought leadership, share knowledge, and help evolve practices. We value practical, collaborative leaders who can communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders while delivering value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in solution, application, data, or cloud architecture.
• Ability to select architectural patterns to balance requirements and governance of solutions.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and working in large organizations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and try new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary delivery teams on software projects.
• Engage in advisory engagements or larger programmes with Principal Architect.
• Contribute to communities of practice and thought leadership.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Support client delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
