Job summary

Scott Logic is seeking a hands-on architect to lead technical teams and shape technology projects for clients in the UK. The role involves guiding one or more multidisciplinary teams and, with support from a Principal Architect, advisory engagements or larger programmes.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, promote best practices, and contribute to our thought leadership communities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in solution, application, data, or cloud architecture across the SDLC.
• Ability to select and apply architectural patterns balancing requirements for outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary delivery teams in complex domains.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders; explain complex concepts simply.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and try new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for one or more multidisciplinary teams delivering small to medium projects.
• Work with a Principal Architect on advisory engagements or larger programmes.
