This is a remote position.

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Pershing Consultants is a specialist project management consultancy supporting the development and delivery of critical energy and infrastructure projects across the UK.

As our Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio continues to grow, we are building a network of experienced construction and delivery professionals who would be interested in future opportunities within our business and across our client portfolio. While we may not have an immediate requirement, we expect this area of our business to continue expanding and would welcome expressions of interest from individuals who would like to be considered as opportunities arise.

• Commissioning and Handover Management

Projects may range from early construction mobilisation through to commissioning and operational handover.

Requirements

We would particularly like to hear from professionals with experience gained within:

• Energy Project Developers and Asset Owners
• EPC Contractors
• Engineering Consultancies
• Owner's Engineer Organisations

We welcome applications from individuals involved in the delivery of utility‑scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects, particularly:

• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Grid Infrastructure
• Electrical Infrastructure Projects

We are interested in professionals who can demonstrate:

• Experience delivering construction‑phase renewable energy or infrastructure projects
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills
• Knowledge of Solar PV and/or BESS project delivery
• Understanding of construction health and safety requirements
• Commercial awareness and programme management capability
• A proactive and solutions‑focused approach to project delivery
