The role oversees administration, infrastructure, security, logistics, and budget management to ensure uninterrupted aerospace testing operations. Qualifications

• Experience in facility administration and operations management.
• Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, access control, and security manpower.
• Maintenance planning for civil, electrical, mechanical, and utility infra.
• Strong inventory control, procurement, fleet and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility admin, maintenance and infrastructure management.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for civil, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for upkeep and expansion.
• Oversee security, entry/exit, visitor management and incident response.
• Manage transportation, fleets and fuel consumption.
• Supervise housekeeping, gardening, kitchen and stores operations.
• Develop budgets, track OPEX and generate MIS reports.
• Lead and mentor facility staff and contractors.
