Job summary

This UK/Remote Service Designer role targets professionals with proven experience in digital delivery, user-centred design, and service design methods.

You will collaborate with policy, operational and technical stakeholders in an agile, multidisciplinary environment, facilitating workshops and shaping service blueprints and journey maps.

A strong understanding of accessibility and the GDS Service Standard is desirable.
