Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the new client’s SEO proposal, project start details, client notes, and relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with Content, Link Building, Technical, and Citation team strategists to ensure they understand the client and project objectives.
  • Participate in an internal kickoff meeting with the team and account manager to clarify the client’s goals and allocated hours.
  • Create and set up internal SEO project documentation in project management software and Google Drive for team collaboration.
  • Perform a strategy audit to identify issues hindering site ranking, such as Google Penalties, bad backlinks, thin content, unthemed titles/meta, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research focused on achieving client goals, emphasizing intent-based keywords for lead generation.
  • Build or update the sitemap to include pages targeting the identified keywords.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy if the campaign is national or aims to increase exposure and leads.
  • Break down the strategy into clear tasks with deadlines and assign them to team members.
  • Estimate hours for new pages or updates, enhance content, and prioritize quick-win pages.
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay within budget, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and resolve potential project roadblocks.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends and recommend best practices to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming, or web development.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web design.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff for tracking work hours.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine time. Paid leaves, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay, and team training and development are provided.
