Ultimately Better Ltd is seeking a part-time SEO Lead to support our remote, UK-based team. The role focuses on auditing and optimising client WordPress sites, with 18-24 hours weekly and flexible scheduling.

A strong emphasis is placed on delivering measurable SEO gains and clear communication with clients and developers. You will own, develop and scale our organic search strategies, conduct data-driven keyword research, and guide our team to implement improvements.

• Own, develop and scale organic search strategies across diverse clients.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from SEO tools and set goals.
• Ability to conduct technical audits, site structure analysis and CRO considerations.
• Experience guiding developers and SEOs to implement strategies.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles in website development.
