Job summary

Sanderson is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a global specialist in bespoke software solutions. This fully remote role involves developing secure, high-integrity applications for highly regulated sectors, with occasional quarterly visits to Cheltenham for events.

You will work on .NET, React and TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute across the full development lifecycle while mentoring junior engineers and supporting existing systems.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and team player in dynamic environments.
• Experience in smaller, close-knit teams, where adaptability and initiative are key.
• Be able to hit the ground running, quickly understanding systems and contributing from day one.
• SC Clearance: British citizen with at least 5 years UK address history.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining bespoke web applications
• Participate in analysis and support activities contributing to technical decision-making and problem-solving.
• Mentoring junior developers, fostering growth and best practices within the team.
• Conducting code reviews to maintain standards and improve overall code quality.
• Providing ongoing support for existing applications and systems
