Searchability® is seeking a Senior/Lead React Developer for a technology consultancy delivering digital transformation across cloud, data, AI and software engineering. You’ll contribute to modern, user-facing applications and collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver impactful projects.

You’ll work through the full development lifecycle, building secure, scalable front-end solutions, partnering with designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure robust and accessible outcomes.

Senior / Lead React Developer | £70,000 | Hybrid working in Leeds and Greater Manchester- 3 days on site in either Leeds or Bury

I'm currently working with a growing technology consultancy that specialises in delivering complex digital transformation projects across cloud, data, AI and software engineering.

Following continued growth, they're looking for a React Developer to join their expanding engineering team. This is an opportunity to deliver modern, user-facing applications, collaborating with experienced engineers and contributing to projects that have a real impact across a variety of sectors.

The Role

You’ll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from building responsive front-end applications through to deployment and ongoing improvement. Working closely with designers, developers and stakeholders, you’ll help deliver secure, scalable and accessible solutions using modern technologies.

• Commercial experience with React
• Experience working with REST APIs
• PostgreSQL or other open-source databases
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Interest or experience in AI production delivery
• CI/CD and build tooling
• Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules or styled-components
• Accessibility and UX best practices
• Mentoring or coaching experience
