Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of Python development experience in trading.
• Experience with trading systems, market data and order management.
• Proficient in Python and related frameworks/libraries.
• Familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance trading applications using Python.
• Implement and support FIX protocol-based solutions for trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software.
• Optimize trading algorithms and systems for high performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment to ensure quality.
