The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Python experience in trading, familiarity with market data, order management systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Hybrid schedule with travel is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of Python development experience in trading.
• Experience with trading systems, market data and order management systems.
• Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks/libraries.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data structures.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance trading applications using Python.
• Implement and support FIX protocol-based trading solutions.
