Job summary

Futureheads is hiring a Senior Python Developer for a UK government project. The role is remote with a maximum of one in-office day per month and requires SC clearance. Initial 3-month duration with likely extension, paying £475 per day Inside IR35.

You will build APIs, data pipelines and integration services to enable data use across critical digital products and services. You will work with Architects, Data Engineers and Product Teams to establish best practices and deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL development skills.
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs, data pipelines and integration services.
• Experience developing ETL processes and working with structured/unstructured data.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing, version control and CI/CD (pytest, Git, GitHub Actions).
• Experience deploying on AWS and using Infrastructure as Code.
