Job summary

EVEREC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for DC/HV EV charging construction. The role is remote with travel across the UK, based from a London HQ, and offers £65,000–£70,000 plus a company car and bonus.

You will lead multi-site construction, ensure safety, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery from pre-construction to handover to operations. The successful candidate will manage HV systems, coordinate with contractors, and enforce CDM 2015, RAMS/CPPs, and safety standards while reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project management with significant DC/HV systems experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in ICP energy, utilities, or EV charging.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and RAMS/CPPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full construction process for EV charging sites focusing on DC/HV infrastructure.
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Oversee HV electrical systems and civil works with contractors.
• Develop and manage detailed project work programs and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for safety and technical compliance.
• Act as main contact for contractors and coordinate on-site challenges.
• Maintain project documentation from initiation to O&M handover.
• Manage hardware deliveries and provide cost control during construction.
• Report contractor performance and capture lessons learned.
