Job summary

Time to Give Network is seeking an experienced Community & Engagement Lead to take ownership of welcoming, engaging and guiding members from initial contact to advocacy. You will design and test engagement approaches, craft communications, and collaborate with ambassadors to grow active participation.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking combined with hands-on activity, with a lean team and a focus on measurable engagement across TimeGivers and TimeBidders.

Qualifications

• Three years’ professional experience in one or more of the listed areas.
• Experience engaging senior professionals or managing a B2B or membership-based community would be useful.
• Strong written communication and the ability to engage senior people naturally and professionally.
• Ability to own the member journey end-to-end and identify drop-off points.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a practical community engagement strategy.
• Improve onboarding and engagement of TimeGivers and TimeBidders.
• Reactivate members who have registered but not yet participated.
• Engage and support ambassadors and other advocates.
• Develop simple, repeatable community communications and newsletters.
