Semble is hiring for a Product Operations role focused on shaping the operating model for our R&D organisation. You will establish cadence, track OKRs, and translate data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes AI-powered workflows, release operations, and scaling operational systems in a fast-growing health-tech environment. Based in the UK or France with remote work options and occasional travel to London or Paris offices, you will partner with Analytics and product teams to prioritise

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a Product Operations framework.
• Ability to design launch processes, planning cadences, or feedback frameworks in fast-changing environments.
• Hands-on experience building or using AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating cadence and rhythms for the product org; enable faster, informed decisions.
• Ensure OKRs are tracked and measured for impact.
• Transform data into actionable insights; build dashboards and synthesize feedback for roadmap prioritisation.
• Own release operations, ensuring compliant and secure value delivery to customers.
• Identify bottlenecks and standardise or automate processes across the product lifecycle.
• Champion AI adoption by designing, piloting, and rolling out AI-powered workflows.
