Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to partner with Product, Engineering and Growth to improve acquisition and conversion through data-driven insights. You will own analytics across key journeys, analyze user behaviour and funnels, and design experimentation frameworks.

You'll translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, influence roadmap decisions, and build dashboards for stakeholders. This fully remote, fast-growing digital platform values data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and strong product analytics experience.
• Experience analysing customer journeys, funnels and user behaviour.
• Knowledge of event tracking and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Experience running or evaluating A/B tests and experimentation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across key acquisition and conversion journeys.
• Analyse user behaviour, product engagement, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Define event tracking requirements and support high-quality product instrumentation.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for product teams.
• Influence roadmap decisions through evidence-based insights.
• Support product discovery by identifying customer pain points and friction in UX.
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting solutions for stakeholders.
