Remote Senior or Principal Ecologist, Oxford

Allen & York are seeking a Remote Senior or Principal Ecologist to join an award-winning agency specializing in Ecology, Landscape Architecture, and Arboriculture.

The successful candidate will focus on report writing and fee-earning projects, with occasional local surveying and mentoring of junior Ecologists.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent in ecology, biology, or similar, full CIEEM membership, and extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates should hold protected species licences (preferably bat and/or GCN), have extensive ecological survey experience, project management skills, knowledge of UK planning policy, and public inquiry experience. Strong IT and CAD skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential.
