Job summary

Zealand Pharma A/S is recruiting a Sr Manager, Medical Information & Training to own medical information content and lead training across obesity, amylin biology, and petrelintide programs. You will support US Medical Affairs, contribute to building the Boston hub, and prep for the petrelintide launch.

You will answer inquiries, author standard responses, oversee MLR compliance, and build scalable knowledge resources with cross-functional partners including Compliance, Regulatory, and Commercial

Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• Experience in medical information and/or medical communications within pharma or biotech.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs (adult learning and assessment methodology).
• Strong understanding of MLR review processes and compliance requirements in medical communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate scientific content for varied audiences.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Compliance, Regulatory, Commercial, and MSLs.

Responsibilities

• Answer unsolicited HCP and patient inquiries with scientifically sound, timely responses.
• Own (author) and continuously update standard response documents.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and compliant content through MLR review.
• Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance on early asset development inquiries.
• Track inquiry trends and surface insights upstream to feed the GMA insights engine.
• Onboard and train the Medical Affairs team using adult learning and assessment best practices.
• Own and maintain the team's knowledge base across obesity, amylin, and petrelintide.
• Lead ongoing product and systems training, and serve as a go-to triage resource cross-functionally.
