• Triaging and providing disorder-specific assessments via telephone for Talking Therapies.
• Carrying out assessment and formulation for complex or co-morbid presentations.
• Manage risk and safeguarding concerns as part of the care pathway.
• Participate in a triage rota and identify care pathways.
• Support events in the community to raise awareness and referrals.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure standards are met.
