Not Just Travel Ltd, a leading UK travel business, seeks a Funnel & Marketing Automation Manager to own the design and deployment of revenue-driving systems. You’ll align HubSpot, WordPress/Elementor and RightMessage into a seamless ecosystem with AI-enhanced testing.

You’ll map journeys, reduce friction, and personalise at scale, delivering measurable improvements in inbound conversion and pipeline growth. Remote, immediate start, high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot workflows, sequences, pipeline management and reporting.
• Knowledge of RightMessage for personalisation and dynamic content.
• Ability to map customer journeys and optimize funnels at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own funnel build from structure to live deployment with decisions, not just execution.
• Create advanced, multi-step funnels inside HubSpot and landing pages that convert.
• Implement intelligent routing, nurture sequences and data-driven testing.
