Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in engineering or estimating on civil engineering projects.
• Ability to read drawings and take off quantities.
• Strong IT skills and conversant with different types of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cost estimates aligned with tender documentation.
• Produce budgets and cost plans with the Preconstruction team.
• Present cost estimates at meetings and manage project cost risks.
