Job summary

Festival of Work seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a national health and social care charity. This full-time, home-based role includes travel. You will deliver expert ER guidance, manage complex cases, and deputise for the ER Manager, ensuring compliant and practical people solutions.

Significant ER experience is essential; employment law knowledge is required with CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, and an additional employment law qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in an employee relations focused role.
• Experience and knowledge of essential employment law.
• Experience across generalist HR remit including ER and learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations advice to managers and employees.
• Manage complex casework including disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Mentor and coach People Advisers and oversee escalations.
• Support line managers up to Senior Management level on ER matters.
