Lime Talent is seeking an ambitious Senior Consultant to join a growing Operations Consulting firm specializing in operational performance improvement. This hands-on role suits individuals who enjoy problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and delivering measurable impact in complex manufacturing and industrial environments.

You will work with clients across Automotive, Industrials and Marine Manufacturing to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in management consulting, operational excellence, or manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational transformation projects, working directly with client teams to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
• Use a hands-on, data-driven approach to analyze processes, uncover inefficiencies, and drive tangible improvements.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align project goals, define strategies, and execute high-impact initiatives.
• Coach and mentor client teams to embed continuous improvement mindsets and ensure long-term success.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and business growth by sharing insights, methodologies, and best practices.
