Job summary

Lime Talent is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our operations consulting practice focusing on operational excellence and performance improvement. This role is client-facing, data-driven, and hands-on, spanning manufacturing and industrial sectors including automotive.

Based in the UK, you will travel to client sites, including weeks away, with remote work options. You will lead transformation initiatives, mentor client teams, and contribute to business growth, reporting to the leadership

Qualifications

• Degree level education in engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in management consulting, operational excellence, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Hands-on approach to driving change in industrial environments; able to engage frontline teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational transformation projects with client teams.
• Apply a data-driven approach to analyze processes and uncover inefficiencies.
• Align project goals with senior stakeholders and execute high-impact initiatives.
