REMOTE, Senior Commercial Counsel EMEA, AI, Cloud – UK Based. We’re working on an excellent senior opportunity for a seasoned deals/commercial Counsel to join a leading technology and services organisation. This is a UK-based remote opportunity with a top-tier legal team that supports remote work while occasionally meeting in the UK for team events or collaboration days.
This role suits someone with a rare blend of deep infrastructure expertise and strong commercial contracting skills, ideally complemented by financial services knowledge but not essential. The focus is primarily EMEA (with some APAC exposure), involving negotiating and structuring high-value outsourcing, managed services, and cloud infrastructure agreements with leading global consultancies and technology providers.
You’ll also contribute to new service development, providing commercial and contractual support from concept through execution. Leadership is central: you’ll manage and develop contract managers, ensure cross-regional collaboration, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, maintaining visibility and inclusivity across the team.
Core technical areas include servers, data centres, hyper-cloud, and storage, with the ability to understand and advise on the financing aspects of large-scale hardware/software deals.
