Job summary

ControlPlane is a London-headquartered consultancy focused on cloud-native, Kubernetes, and open source solutions. We help organisations adopt secure-by-design cloud infrastructures and offer deep expertise in threat modelling, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.

We are looking for Senior Cloud Native Security Consultants to lead client engagements, contribute to internal labs, and represent ControlPlane in Open Source communities.

Qualifications

• Experience of Threat Modelling and Cloud Native Security architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Kubernetes and container experience (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift).
• Experience of software supply chain security and CI/CD security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consulting in cloud-native security and security architecture reviews.
• Contribute to internal labs projects and open source work on ControlPlane’s behalf.
• Stay current with security tooling and best practices across enterprise and open source ecosystems.
• Mentor and grow security engineering capabilities across client teams.
