Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, documentation and process improvements across multiple business areas. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, craft user stories and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role involves agile delivery, collaboration with PMs and SMEs, and active participation in testing and UAT to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including government/public sector projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, document and validate business requirements across processes and systems.
Develop clear business cases, user stories, use cases and functional specs for development teams.
Lead process improvement initiatives and document changes.
Collaborate with PMs, product owners and SMEs to design feasible solutions.
Support testing, UAT and quality assurance to ensure deployment readiness.
Apply agile mindset and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business drivers into objectives and define capabilities and operating models.
