You will write production Python, make technical decisions, and take work from early design through deployment and ongoing improvement, with opportunities to use AI-assisted development pragmatically.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful backend engineering work and architecture decisions.
• Build production Python and Django services that power client-facing technology.
• Influence decisions around architecture, security, reliability, testing, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, QA, platform, and engineering teams across the software lifecycle.
• Leverage automation and AI-assisted development to improve delivery and quality.
• Work with data and technology designed to help organizations understand complex global risks.
