Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• SOA/ actuary designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years actuarial experience in life insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales point of contact for AXIS clients.
• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Advise internally by channeling client feedback to Product Management and R&D.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Specialists on account planning and migrations to AXIS Cloud.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and onboarding guidance.
• Document client interactions in CRM (Gainsight/Salesforce).
