Job summary

XPS Group, a prominent UK consultancy in pensions and insurance, is seeking a Consultant to join the Corporate Advisory team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will support client projects, contribute to sales and marketing efforts, and mentor junior staff.

The role targets nearly-qualified actuaries with strong analytical and communication skills, aiming to deliver strategic actuarial advice to corporate clients while developing business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diligent with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage junior resources and support senior team members.
• Aptitude to identify fee-generating opportunities and contribute to BD.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic actuarial advice to corporate clients (DB pension arrangements).
• Produce company accounting disclosures and oversee modelling work.
• Deliver client-facing advice at meetings and build client relationships.
• Support the Corporate Leadership Group with sales and marketing initiatives.
